...That's... Awful!
I could see the reasoning behind the Renegade choice here, but I can't personally justify dooming the Krogan just to gain allies. And there's the chance they may cause another war, but that's a chance I'm willing to take to at least give them the OPTION of redeeming their race.
But killing Mordin in the process... There are no words for that.
I'm the 100% Paragon sissy who occasionally pushes mercs out windows, and I'm proud of it.

On some level you can rationalize everything evil in ME 3. I think helping Morinth in ME 2 is more evil because as long as Samara does not threaten to kill you after the mission it is just senseless and completely unreasonable Murder.

Well.... Dominate IS more useful than reave. Anyways, the only logical reason to take morinth is if samara threatens to kill you.

You forgot to include the clip with Wrex afterwards on the Citadel. That's the Clincher.

I LOVE the scene with Garrus near the end, I confessed everything to him. The only character in the game besides Shepard who knows what really happened that day on Tuchanka.

On my Renegade shep I was hell bent on saving the Krogan anyway so I couldn't make that decision, but I did let Samara kill herself and then killed her daughter. I guess I didn't like Samara as much and I related it to the Jedi(lots of swtor recently) code. I had to let her fulfill her code, and then I couldn't just leave an Ardat-Yakshi alive.

Yeah, it may be a horrible choice to make in game, but all who worked on making this scene - great, great work.Tom Jolly wrote...
This is the BEST scene in the entire game. Arguably the best scene ever in a video game. Incredibly powerful, incredibly well crafted.
But back on the subject of horrible choices - I think executing Shiala comes close to this, although you can argue that it is the safe thing to do.

This is actually the default way the action mode takes you but in the end you can still choose to kill mordin or not
