Nice post! I've seen it before, but more need to be seen. I'm with TheNevincer on this one. Such blatant lies. Reading things like that pre-launch made me so pumped, too. I can't trust a thing that comes out of their mouths.

taking bioware to court for this aligation would be like taking hollywood to court for saying how misleading a trailer was for a new film 

one woman already tried doing that with the movie drive last year by arguing the same thing you are  and it flopped in court
