 Dear Bioware,

I know youguys have a reason for not producing Dragon Age 2 Exalted March, and i fully respect them as a fan and writer myself. I am however that i won't get to see the conclusion. It would mean the world to me (and most likely alot of othher fans) if we could learn the storyline of DA2EM in some way shape or form (pulse episode, relese or concept arts, graphic novel or forum thread). However I understand if it isn't allowed.

If any other fellow forum members know anything, or have anything to add, feel free to comment. but please keep it respectful. :)

Apparently some of the plot/details of the Exalted March expansion are being folded over into DA3 (or the new Dragon Age game) and thus they aren't going to give up any  spoilers.

Mark Darrah: There are parts of the story of Exalted
March that will be rolled into future things. As a result, we likely
won’t talk too much about the plans for it.

Not from what I gather from what Mark Darrah said.  They may wrap up the events around Hawke, in comics or a book, or another medium, but Hawke is done.

I won't miss my character as much as I will Hawke's companions.  Yet I don't want the type of cameos that Alistair and Zevran got in DA2 for them in the next game.  And even though Leliana and possibly Morrigan may have a larger role in DA3, I'm kind of worried about them too.

We will try to bring some closure to Hawke's story but likely not in a playable form. Originally we had planned to do an expansion pack but had to stop to focus on what we are working on now.

Massively disappointed that the whiners screwed us out of closure... but not surprised. Too many idiots who won't take a chance of something new out there.

I agree, but it might of not entirely been the critics, bioware could of decided to move on for many reasons. I just hope we get some DA3 news soon

like, oh, April 6th ;)

Maybe they will wrap up hawke's story perphiary in DA3. Maybe if you import Hawke will join your posse?

I was really dissapointed to find out today that Exalted March has been abandoned.

If Hawke's story is wrapped up in a different medium or somehow in DAIII, I will be okay with that, as long as we get the full closure for it.

Aw, Exalted March sounds really cool.

Although I support and look forward to whatever it is that Bioware and the Dragon Age franchise have coming up in the future.

^ Exactly. 'Less is more' really spells out the situation here. If less DA2 now means more DA3 later then I don't think anybody, pro-Hawke or not, will have a hard time getting over no more DA2 DLC.

There are videos showing what supposed gameplay would've been like. Here's a teaser for the expansion before it got canceled:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rX7wtNOkuHo

I wouldn't mind Hawke showing up in DA3 with his/her love interest if one exists. The situation can go in different directions depending on what happened in the ending.

that would most likely fold over in dragon age 3. I have a curious feeling she with be in the game. going through the eluvian properly into orlais possible or maybe the story was never mean't to be made it was properly just a waste of time. who knows:pinched:
