In specific Cortez never appears in the Purgatory (he's there normally in the Docking Bay and memorial wall) and Tali never appears in the Presidium Commons courtyard. The map says they're there, but they're not.
Anybody encountered this? I am playing on a PC, intel i3 core, radeon HD6370M .
