 I was playing on PC. And was logged onto Origin as required ofcourse.

And
I Did receive both the Victory Pack and the Commendation Pack. But
midway through the redemption of the Commendation pack, my game froze,
and crashed. (While in the store, having clicked the purchase button for
the Commendation Pack).


I attempted redemption yesterday at 10:30 pm or so EST. During said
redemption, the program froze and crashed. (After clicking purchase, but
before receiving the items from the pack). I reloaded the game, checked
the store. The pack was no longer available for selection. I checked my
weapon inventory, there was no gun from the N7 Selection anywhere in
the weapon selection screens.

I've given it nearly 24 hours. Still nothing. Contacted Support, was directed here.
