No. I've bought ME3 because I have invested a lot of time in ME1 and ME2. I think BW should concentrate on entirely new titles with no ties to old ones. Their weak point is continuity and the desire to change things beyond recognition. Leave the follow up titles to other companies.

I would have to see what Dragon Age 3 is like. No way I am pre-odering it. But if the style is anything like Dragon Age 2, then HELL NO

I'm able to actually make my own decisions, so it would depend entirely on the gameplay I saw. I know that Mass Effect is far from over, as evidenced by the post-credits sequence and the nods to continuing the trilogy just a little bit more (in the final hours app).

So, I guess it's a maybe, floating toward a yes, depending on what was shown and said.

I agree, they are horrible at making sequels.

Not a chance, no.

Yes, but not without extensive research and patience. Quite frankly, they hit more than they miss and I won't overlook 2.9 FANTASTIC games in a series just because the ending was terrible.

Where else are they going to go for story telling on the level that Bioware provides?

CD Project RED and Bethesda ofcourse.

Well project Red I can understand, but Bethesda, even though they are one of my favorites devs, aren't really known for their characters, stories, and love interest. With them its more about the open world. Don't get me wrong they do that very well, but their NPCs and stories are often lacking compared to less open and more narrative driven games.

After Dragon Age 2 i'm going to be careful.

So, i'm going to pirate it first and not going to read those awful reviews. If i like it, i will buy it next to my other Bioware games.

Actually, even if there were a new ending, I won't buy a game bound to have sequels until all the sequels are done and finished by my friends so I can have an advice on the whole thing before buying anything.
At least DA:O was a good stand alone game by itself, but if I had to buy it know I would not.
That's the result of a total loss of thrust, and that's not a first, neither in videogames (square enix) nor for book writers.

Yes, I probably would. But it depends on the game. Don't care about the stars wars mmo, so I wouldn't buy anything similar to that, but I would be up for.... let's say a DA3. Apparently I'm one of the few people who actually enjoyed DA2 (despite some of it's faults).
