No. I've bought ME3 because I have invested a lot of time in ME1 and ME2. I think BW should concentrate on entirely new titles with no ties to old ones. Their weak point is continuity and the desire to change things beyond recognition. Leave the follow up titles to other companies.

Um... *cough* KOTOR2 *cough*  :innocent:

Obsidian has proven they can make a sequel to Bioware games that are much better. Man is Kotor 2 great especially when you can add in the missing content.

Yes. Despite being told one thing and getting another, they really do make the best games out there. :)

If they had ignored us and don't change/fix/extend the ending? No

If it's fixed? Yes

Hell. No.

I haven't bought anything new from them since after DA: O. And I'm not going to start now. Not until I see them return to what made them good.

Of course I would. If I saw a game that appealled my interest, why wouldn't I buy it?

Definitely. Bioware produces quality games with great story, something that a lot of other game companies lack. To be honest, when I first got to the ending of ME 3 I didn't even choose one of the three lights, I just turned it off and stewed in anger. But after doing some digging (because this was bugging me so much) I actually rather enjoy what Bioware has done with it. Sure, it still lacks any kind of closure with your favorite characters, but I'm positive they'll add that into future DLC. Even if you didn't like the ending at all, you most likely enjoyed the rest of the game; if you didn't, then I can understand why you wouldn't buy another Bioware game, but Bioware has always been a favorite of mine.

So in answer, Yes. I would absolutely buy another game from Bioware. [:

I don't base my purchases on what the company has done. I base my purchases on if the game looks good enough for me to enjoy.

So yes If it looks good.

Probably not this moment. Mass Effect 3 retroactively ruined the replayability of the entire series for me, and the fact the cancelled the DA2 expansion annoys me.

Unless DA3 is the return of the Warden w/ Leliana, or Hawke w/ Isabela, then I don't care. I honestly feel jerked around. The teams are immensely talented, but I'm not a "journey" guy. I also would state that some of the PR responses have angered me beyond the avid devotion they once received from me.

Sadly no.

They haven't repaired any trust with their PR bullsht.

In Ray's "apology" (which he never apologized) he says "but MOST of the people enjoyed the game" "There are 75 crtics who gave ME3 a perfect score and it has an average 90" Even that last quote is wrong.

I haven't played any game in a long time that was a perfect 10.

Even without the ending I would say 85 at highest. (With the ending it is a 65)

No.

Not until they give us an ending worthy of Shepard, not slapped together at the last moment and incongruous to the rest of the series.

Not without playing and researching it extensively first. I'm not gonna boycott BW over this or anything - I'm still pretty happy with TOR, but I'm done with giving them my blind faith.

Definitely. An "err, what?" ending to one game which is otherwise really fun to play does not turn me off from a game company. Bioware has made tons of games that I really enjoy. They are practically the only game company out there even trying to make the sort of games they make.

Not without playing a demo first or trying the game out in a shop.

But seeing that my town now has no game shops to speak of that wont be happening.
