For those of you who prefer to play renegade shepard throughout most the series was there ever moments you thought that your actions were going "too far"? Shepard is suppose to be the hero of the story regardless of your actions, your trying to save the universe after all, but some of the actions seem far too cruel to justify it as been part of the larger picture.
The ones that stick out most to me is shooting Mordin in the back in ME3, overlord from ME2 and Samara and her daughters quest from ME3 which you can let Samara shoot herself to save her daughter and then kill the daughter afterwords. (this one in particular seemed pointlessly cruel to me)
