 I have a regular copy of mass effect 3. I was playing it for a few days and then my computer crapped out. I didnt have my content on cloud when it crashed. Though I thought I did. So I tried to play it on my friend computer even though he had the delux package. Which it just downloaded the regular game I'm assuming it took like 20 min or so. Which I found out that it wasn't. I proceded to wait unitl I got a working computer to play again. Now, when I try to play my saves it says I need to have "from the ashes" which I never owned to beguin with. Please help me! I want to play my game!
