 BioWare were doing just fine with their games until they started listening to their idiotic fans with both DA2 and ME3.
With DA2 it was due to DAO art styles , character sexual orientation and other crap. And with ME3 it was sexual orientation and the ending as far as I know . My point is that BioWare listens to their fans and  their idiotic suggestions and when they do DA2 happens and now we  have  out of the blue sexual orientation shepards . And with the whole  ending catastrophe who knows what will happen. We lost our DLCs for DA2 because of these moronic fans.
We may lost a hell of a lot more now due to these same people who dare to make demands for a new ending .....

I think the emphasis on "optional content"*cough*pandering*cough* can be destructive to the core product.

But DA2 was a different story entirely. I'm not sure what the deal is with ME3.

OK, that doesn't sting at all.... (sarcasm). I don't think fans can take the brunt of the blame for everything that has gone wrong. As for losing much more due to the campaign against the endings I view it as a case of immense investment from people who are now brooding for MANY differing reasons. I will admit that the FTC complaint was too far. (repose) I wish this all could have been avoided. I really do. But, player feedback can also do good as well as harm. Mass Effect 2 for example with its player driven missions. That came from player feedback. The same goes for Dragon Age 2's new combat system which really made the game shine despite its otherwise minor shortcomings.

please show me the posts in which people demanded the "negative space" art style of da2 or the the demands for an ultra fast combat system! because I havent seen that many

and whats wrong with gay relationships? it´s an option, you dont have to do it. options are a good thing!

I like you you complain that DA2 is bad, and then you complain that you aren't getting a DA2 expansion. Why would you buy an expansion for a game you don't like.

It would be very fanny if biowere make another "bad ending". I mean, the ones who now complain about this ending became happy, but another group explode in another protest asking for a second better better ending... end so on till the end of times...

I think what he meant was the game should not trigger a gay relationship purely on speech options alone. Remember those instances where you can buy gifts with different meanings in DA that should be the way to go in ME3.

Honestly, **** tolerance. I do not buy video games to learn about tolerance. I buy them for entertainment. I deal with enough preachy nonsense already.

Calling people 'idiotic' isn't going to earn you many points, and isn't exactly constructive. And I for one am quite happy they listened to the fans about gay Shepards. It's just another option and doesn't hurt you.
