So true. I used to be on the camp of asking a new ending but I think I was wrong. Its unfair. I am not saying that the ending is good. I am absolutely certain from my experience of it that nothing can be done to redeem it much without possibly altering it. BUT, it doesn't give me the right to ask for such a thing.

And from a human perspective, the game was 99.9% perfect as you put it. Which is more than what you can ask for in a sequel. Some devs utterly screw up the sequels in everyway. But BW got 99.9% right. At least as gratitude for that, we owe it to forget this shortcoming with the ending.

Seriously, you want real discussion? Goe of u to the childs play trend. Mors are civil but you can't control everyone. If we were all trolls and this was all just hate, bioware wouldn't have been so open to discussion about the ending as they are now.

As I said, you'd be dismissing a lot of communities if that is your sole basis. 

It's pathetic, but I think there's been way more good coming out of this than bad. As evident by the 75000+ money for charity.

Then those people should be sorry but it doesnt matter too me as i never was rude to ANY bioware staff infact while i am totally against threats i dont mine seeing them squirm a bit they deserve it after lying to us.

There are tens of thousands of "us", and none of us is reponsible for the behavior of anyone but themselves. Will there be some immaturity? You bet your ass. That being said, I can't help but think you haven't visited many gaming forums. The vast majority of large-scale "video game" related forums are absolute trolls nests filled with profanity and nonstop insults. Whereas on the reversal, you can see entire hundred to thousand page threads filled almost entirely with well thought-out and constructive feedback.

You're seeing some exceptions to that, and calling out on them, and that's fine (though a little pointless). Don't try to insinuate that this makes the entire community childish and wrong.

 I can't say that I support what Bioware did with the ending of ME3 but attacking the staff personally is outrageous.

It's a little of both.

On one hand, we have some good people here who love Mass Effect, every bit of it, right until the last five minutes. They want that changed. They're being civil and respectful about it, but still letting BioWare know they are displeased.

On the other hand, some feel betrayed and won't stop till they see BioWare burn. They go too far, shout around, and even make threats. Unfortunately, these are the voices that are heard the loudest.

But BioWare already said they are ignoring destructive criticism the best they can, and focusing on the good fans to build a better solution.

Okay hear me out. I dont like the ending but most people here are being civil about it.. I dont see anything wrong with the charity drive.

I dont like and dont approve of the death threats or bioware bashing at all except for the lies that they have told us. Death threats are by far unnecessary and anyone giving them should feel ashamed.

So pretty well said OP although bashing the entire fan base over a few people isn't right either
