This happened once about halfway through the game, and now it's happening just about every mission: the foxy lady who is my Shepard makes this horrible duckface in the in-mission cutscenes. Also, her eyeballs pop out through her upper eyelids. This makes it incredibly difficult to take the incredibly well-written story seriously and as such brings me great discomfort. Really, it's ruining my experience. Any fixes for this?

are you wearing the recon helmet? that tends to make your eyelids disappear. Ive had it happen to me only when wearing that helmet but I haven't experienced the duck lips thing, since i haven't exactly replayed the game to witness anymore bugs/glitches
