N7 elitists need to stop. It's ridiculous.

Lots of assumptions here. First many of you seem to have missed the part where I said I'm a level 20. Second, I know n7 means nothing. That's my point. Booting someone because they stick to one class is childish. I play an Asari vanguard on silver and gold. I'm not the one that's always bleeding out looking for a revive. Just because I charge throughout the map doesn't mean I don't know what I'm doing. Again, I rarely need revives, and when I do need one I can use any of my 5 revive packs mapped to the d pad. As for my load out, what I choose to equip is up to me. I use the best weapon I can in order to be the most effective in combat. Different people have different play styles. There is no right or wrong way to play this game. So xxxbonesxxx try to read what I post before jumping to conclusions. If your not going to take the time to collect all relevant information on the topic, don't bother posting since your response isn't applicable in this case. If anything, I think it's you who doesn't know how to play rather than me.

Of course you have the right to play whatever class and race you want, with whatever weapons/mods/equipment you want, and play however you wish while in the game. Of course you do, no denying that. But peeps also have the right to choose to not to play with you as well, so suck it up, get over yourself and find another match.

I get into a match and because my n7 level isn't over 100 I'm booted. I have a level 20 character with maxed out weapons and equipment. It's on silver matches. Most of those guys were playing with level 15 characters. It's getting to be ridiculous at the amount of n7 elitists out there. Matchmaking is already crappy enough.
- Polite
Why are you assuming you were booted because of N7 level? If they were using a bunch of characters in their teens then it sounds like you landed in a premade group and they wanted the fourth member of their group to occupy the spot you landed in.
Also, it's not matchmaking. The game doesn't compare your skill level and place you accordingly, it looks at your desired mission parameters and puts you with other people with the same parameters... like fighting cerberus on firebase white or any race on any level.

I kick Drell Adepts, and ANYONE who come into a Gold lobby with a character under level 10- I hardly look at your N7 levels.

Why do you kick Drell Adepts? think that class can't be playe well?

Probably the noise, no one likes that constant buzzing sound for the entire match. I usually don't care myself if they hold their own but it can get on my nerves as well.

The point is how do you know it was purely based on n7 level? There is many possible reasons why you may have been kicked that's already been listed in this thread.
Oh gee I don't know maybe because they stated that as a reason for kicking me.

It's simply a matter of experience. I'm tired of losing games or playing 2 people + 2 who only can get assists or use rockets on Phantoms or Guardians.

Solution: Raise you N7 rating
/thread.
Why the hell is this thing still up?
also:
Problem: you have connection issues
Solution: always refresh search parameters

I warp or overload away barriers and shields so others can eat away at the health, I revive people, I do the uploading, I have little to NO interest in how many kills I can get or what kinds of kills I can get. This is supposed to be about co-operation after all, I have poor aim, I may as well do the little things to help out the ones who do.
When you get on Gold or Silvers, I can understand people want higher ranking N7 players, but as long as someone's N7 ranking is higher than their level ranking, I am fine.
I also understand that some people who have low N7 rankings can be VERY annoying though, like the N7 ranking 10 vanguard who thinks he's hot shot enough to go against the banshee by himself. No. This is a TEAM effort, stay with the TEAM.

I'm lucky enough to not have this happen to me...yet. But it seems some people are far to full of themselves and their in game talents. Still though, call me a noob if you will, but what does the N7 rating even represent?
The N7 rating represents your collective level between characters, it's not a measurement of skill but of time, I've had an N7 30 Infiltrator that helped on the tough ass objective waves by drawing enemy attention then cloaking and sneaking round for the objective and N7 180+ that haven't even tried to perform the objectives and we've lost the wave because they ignored the Comm Terminals, Hack sites or Assasination Targets, I mean, i'm fine with anyone joining me, with N7 15- yeah maybe not a good idea to be running Silver but other than that don't think an N7 rating makes a player.

I never kick anyone b/c of N rating. If I see a lvl 4 in gold with bad gear then yes. I've met some amazing people playing on the pc, but I have also met a lot of #(*U who literally swore at teammates b/c of the way they played, they got in the way of a supposed dodge that caused them to die to a banshee...on silver no less which if you play gold a lot its a joke.
Pop out of cover to unload an Assault Rifle clip
Go back into cover
Can't do that, your 'ally' has taken cover there
Get thoroughly destroyed by Ravagers
Apparently my fault
Yeah I know the type of team mates that inspire actual full on rage, hey this'd be a great spot to snipe from, you know, my team mates current cover, I'm sure he doesn't need it.

The only situation that what you experienced would be some-what justified is if it were on gold. Silver's a cakewalk no matter anyone's character level, let alone N7 rating. I've gone without dieing on a level 1 in there.
If they're having that much trouble gaining an advantage on silver to boot anyone from the game, you're probably better off in another party. I bet they got past wave 3 by the skin of their teeth.
God forbid whatever happened at wave 4.

A better idea is to check the player's gear, instead of his n7 rating. What if he's got everything X and has beaten Gold numerous times, but just doesn't want to play as other classes/promote current one?
Indeed, I'm raising all classes to 20 but then not promoting because really I don't want to spend ages grinding again and then no idea which class i'm going to main, but this will mean i'm 'stuck' at 120 N7 because I don't see the point of repeating the same levels over and over and the only problem I see is the elitists "Lol, your N7 isn't over 120" yeah, I don't want to pour hours into repeatedly leveling, this into World of Mass Effect damn it.

Agreed, I find no problem with Silver (except for Banshees because f*** them) but I always get allies who Flerpaderpa and don't know what cover is "Hey, check out my awesome Avenger I"

I actually did read your post the other day, unfortunately I got yours mixed up with another one that was basically complaining about the same thing (although in a different context)...so I appologize for anything in my post that directly addresses yours.
Having said that, my rant still stands as what it was intended as...which was for me to vent my frustrations at inexperienced players who complain about being kicked while continuously doing all the wrong things in the game. Not aimed at you directly...
The only thing I can really say about your specific problem is you probably don't want to waste 20 minutes with people who think N7 is anything other than an epeen amplifier for idiots who don't know that it really means they can't figure out how to spec a character properly.
