you saved her in me1 from fists thugs and from being blackmailed,, me2 she isn't ingame but you get a email from her, me3 you can invite her on the ship

I thought they could have made a romance out of it, she'd be rather appreciative for all that shepard has done.

yea I was also hoping you could as soon as i found out you were able to invite her onto the Normandy, being a huge Leliana fan and all.
