I'm specifically thinking of ME 2. My siblings and I all play ME2 and I'd like to register the game here, but I don't know if more than 1 account can have the same game registered to it =) help please?

Your question probably is outside of the few things that the occasional oversight from a couple of Bioware people are prepared to comment on. Try the EA Help pages instead.

You register ME2 with a UPC code so yes that would work.
