I am not sure whether this is the right place to post this but I just would like to know Im not form the US and I bought bioware social points form the store yesterday.I manage my account and I notice one of my status for the payment is open.What does this means??
Just dont want to be kept being charged for it and when I check the tab manage accounts.I notice one of my payment was open.Is this an issue?Would like it close if it were to keep charging me this or stating this.Everytime I want to buy points the there will be a section that states previously selected offer will be canceled from your previous order.

The below is what I always see when buying points.
Foreign Payment Method Detected
Your previously selected offer does not match your billing address' local currency. Make a new selection from one of these local offers and continue to complete your order.
