I keep reading on the forums that people can craft unlimited lyrium potions.  I'm wondering how is this possible.  I have never found more than 10 dust or potions on any vendor (including the mage tower and the shop in Denerim). 

What vendor do I go to get large amounts of dust? (I have not done Oz yet)

Do vendors refresh?

The quartermaster in the mage circle tower sells stacks of lyrium dust at 99 count infinitely.

vendors sell unlimited amounts well it says 99 but dont run out
