Here is a [youtube video] of the bug with the EA Store where it takes my money but doesn't give any items ... but then it pretends to give the money back until I relog and find that it is all gone.
I have lost 300,000 credits in the last week of multiplayer gaming and am getting pretty damn upset. That is 5 spectre packs you owe me, EA/Bioware ><
EA Store keeps stealing my money.

Nvm, there is already a thread on this. Check "WARNING: Exiting game after failed pack purchases causes loss of credits...". The reasons mentioned within are probably the cause.
