Yes, dreaming. I had the whimsical dream of BioWare actually using the Extraction game mode earlier today. It was nice. I just hope someone on the team has their eyes on this thread, if just for an idea of what the community's looking forward to.

The team that put MP together deserves great kudos for getting this once abhorrent idea (MP in MY ME3??) to become a praised success. Now they just need some great follow-up!

Difficulty levels:
Plat: Gold with friendly fire on.
Diamond: Plat with random incursion by a random faction during a wave.

UI:
Ability to select what you don't want to play at quick match. When you click on faction you should be presented with checkbox options of what factions you want to play. Same with location and difficulty.

Regarding maps: I liked the Grissom Academy environment from single player a lot, the gardens and well lit halls are unique in a sense that they're not on any of the 6 available maps atm.

Interface needs two things:

Power/control remapping (not possible on consoles in any way right now). This is an issue for disabled gamers, as well as just a general issue.

Aim-assist toggle - The level of aim-assist currently present can completely skew/ruin shots when you're trying to scope things by choosing a completely different target from that which you were aiming at. ME1 had optional levels of aim assist.

Just a note on merging human male/female. No, just no. I love being able to have two different specs without having to promote and relevel or using a card to reallocate points.

I wrote that somewhere else, but here goes:

I'd love to have a Challenge system à la Bastion.

Ever played it? You can basically customize several gameplay parameters on the fly in exchange for various bonuses. A lot of these challenges could be made available to players in the lobby.

A few examples that would make sense in ME3 MP:
Give enemies more energy/armor/shields.
Make enemies spawn in greater numbers.
Limit (or even prevent!) the use of consummables.

All that in exchange for added XPImage IPB, more credits Image IPB or +% chance to unlock better gear in your next pack... Image IPB

So, in short,  you get rewards for making the game as hard as possible for you.

Adding friendly fire would be a bad idea. There is enough biotic explosions, missilies and shots going on, everyone would die at least once due to friendly fire. Not to mention that Vanguards and grenades would become obsolete when trying to get some breathing space.

The other ideas are very nice, would certainly make things interesting. The tunnel idea, damn, I would **** my pants.

More factions would be my first wish though. Splitting the merc groups is arguable since they all have similar troops anyways. They could be a joint force like they were vs Archangel in ME2. Random bosses maybe?

Well, if they wanted it then they should have bought the collector's edition, anyway, I am pretty sure they will release the guns as a pdlc

Argus came with certain preorders not collectors edition.. we got the stuff in the N7 pack that is being released in those promotions.. like n7 eagle/valient/etc.. (i think...can't even remember what I got in my CE version lol..I just wanted the pretty box and my mini artbook...)

I personally thing that the thing we need is a flashlight n7 mission, it was super exciting in the Ardat-Yakshi monastery and I would like to see something like this in the multiplayer too.
