I recently purchased a new 360 system and have been transferring saved data and redownloading DLC. When I put in ME 2 it keeps telling my that communication with the Mass Effect 2 server was interrupted or timed out. Please try again Later. Is the network down or is my Cerberus Network not active anymore because it was on a different system when I used the code?
Cerberus Network is not working.

Ya Im getting pissed. I have not yet activated my code and when I try to do it says the damn site does not exist. I'm not paying 1200 micro points when I'm suppose to have the network for free. Does anyone have any solutions to this problem?

You'll have to clarify what you mean by 'Cerberus Network', Magnus. A lot of people here use that to mean either the actual dlc you are entitled to upon redeeming a code, the actual EA servers, or even both at the same time.
The servers are now likely to be limited now that ME2 is officially an old game with ME3's release; I would anticipate quite a few connections problems.
The dlc content should still be available for redemption though, but you don't mention explicitly whether you have redeemed the code or are afraid to due to server connection problems.

If Josh's statement about an expiry date is correct, then that's likely to be the reason.
