I have been having problems with the Blackstone Irregulars and the Mages Collective. I can never finish either one because the quests stop appearing after a certain point. And it stays the same throughout the rest of the game. Anyone getting that issue?

Well it seems kinda teired. I mean that certian quests only open up after completing others and there is a event that happens later on that should open up some more. Not to mention not all boards (or bags) have all the quests avialable and you must go to each to get its respective ones

blackstone irregulars actually begin in Lothering which of course is consumed after you finish your first major quest( the circle, dalish, redcliffe etc). One of the blackstone quests has you recruiting( or giving a message to) someone in Lothering. There is a blackstone rep in the tavern where Leliana joins your gang. Just talk to him and do the quest where that has you in Lothering before you leave.

I do it usually toward the point where i am doing the urn where they start messing up and i can't pick them up anymore.
