 I think that the entire series of events after the Normandy SR1 crash were a dream that Shepard had while in a coma, after they rescued him from the surface and put him back together. That is why the collectors were completely isolated to ME2, and why the endings suck in ME3. The real ME2 and ME3 are coming soon, guys!
