On my Vanguard, the Revenant. One of the things I always wished I could do was take that beautiful gun on my Vanguard playthroughs of Mass Effect 2 - although the Claymore was almost always a worthy replacement. Now I can, and it's awesome.

the widow always has been doesnt feel right playing my main in ME2/3 without that sniper

For my infiltrator, a javelin and a geth plasma shotgun with choke and damage upgrade.

For my adept, a scoped scorpion with an extended barrel. Plink. Plink. Plink. He's dead, he just doesn't know it yet. Also a scoped locust SMG just in case I run out of ammo, with a lightweight materials upgrade to keep it from messing with my cooldowns. Of course I never end up using it because I'm too busy making things explode with my mind.

Otherwise I would go with Disciple (cos its light) + Mattock.

Black Widow is my baby. I love that weapon. 

Claymore is still special to me too albeit not as good as it used to be.

Ye Gods, I love that gun with my adept. The penalty to cooldown was frustrating at first but popping Cerberus heads made it worthwhile.

My adept mainly uses a vindicator, with a side of scorpion pistol.

Of all the equipment that is at Commander Alexander Shepard's disposal, there are two that he'd neve not have at his side; a relic of his days working (grudgingly) with Cerberus, his M-22 Eviscerator shotgun, commonly referred to by the name "Luna", after a disgruntled ex-girlfriend who once tried to "eviscerate" his other "little friend"; and his N7 Valkyrie, "Genie", who ever since boot camp has made bad people magically disappear.

Paladin for my Adept(although almost not at all cause duh biotic explosions ftw), Geth Plasma Shotgun for my Vanguard, Black Widow for my Infiltrator and Mattock for my Soldier.

In ME2, I picked up a little gun on the Collector Ship.

If I pointed it at someone, their spouse became a widow.

ME3, I could now do it to THREE people before I needed to vent heat.

I'm SURE we know what I'm talking about by now.

The Avenger. I know, I'm odd, but it's classic for me. It's my Shepard's go-to gun. Simple, reliable, and classic. It may not do much damage, but it doesn't have that bad of accuracy, good enough damage, good fire rate, good enough reserves, and once you get the hang of the recoil, it's easy to compensate enough to train on the cranium for sustained fire without using a stability mod. (Start on center of mass and let the recoil do the work for you.)

Of course, my backup is either a Carnifex or a Disciple.

In ME2, it was the Collector Assault Rifle.

But since I wasn't allowed to have that this time around, the Prothean Particle Rifle took it's place.

However, even if it does have similar functionality to my other favorite Collector weapon (Collector Particle Beam Heavy Weapon), it's still not as much fun as the Collector AR.

When my Shepard needs a weapon system that he knows will put down multiple enemies quickly he turns to the Black Widow. Powerful enough to put down enemies in one shot, and does require a new Thermal Clip after every shot. His sidearm of choice being the Phalanx. A good balance of fire-rate, power, and low recoil to boot. Occasionally swapping to the Scorpion to spice things up.
