well - as i almost exclusively play adept:

1x N7-Sniperrifle (or Widow - if the mission is cerberus punks...headshot and dead and so on
1x Scorpion-Handgun (it is fun to blow sh*t up with that)
1x Locust SMG

Particle Rifle with rank 6 incendiary ammo. Nothing can survive that. I barely even bother to charge anymore, although cover is still very optional, even on insanity.

For my Soldier: Black Widow, for sure. What a delicious weapon. It's much better than the Widow, which was my favorite ME2 weapon. When I do my Infiltrator playthrough I daresay it'll be my favorite there as well. Besides the Black Widow, I felt that most (if not all of) the other Snipers were so underpowered and poorly balanced that scoped Pistols were better given the combat mechanics of ME3 (especially given the new duration on Adrenaline Rush). Speaking of scoped Pistols, a scoped Carnifex was my favorite by far. Best mix of stopping power and ammo cap.

I will say a Revenant with max Inferno Ammo is also quite delicious (was my loadout for awhile), but the terrible accuracy never really jived well with the marksman in me.
