I completed the ME3 From Ashes DLC and received neither the "Freedom Fighter" nor the "Prothean Expert" achievements. I received an in game message/news item that the intel I provided was helpful to the resistence, so I'm pretty sure I got it all.
Anyone have any suggestions?

I have the same issue. Finished mission 100%. Got all intel too. But no achievements were unlocked. Doing again to see if that works....

You do get the message in game even if you just do 2 of the 3 and it might just 1 of 3 but the least I've done is 2. Each find ups the war asset and I think 100 is for finding all 3 and 75 for 2. So it could be 50 for just finding 1?
However, the second one is automatic for just completing the mission so yeah, it's bugged for you.

I replayed didn't work. But when i finished the mission 100% on a new game+ play through the achievement were still not unlocked. Checked out of me3 on xbox in profile said it that the achievements for the mission were unlocked. Checked back in me3 ALL unlocked. So WTF. Got the achievements and game score. Got no more problems with DLC.
