We need to actually realize what we mean when we say we want 'Ending' DLC. Do we want to continue onward (AKA Indoctrination Theroy) or do we want the entire ending beyond meeting the Starchild scrapped altogether? Becuase a lot of people have actually been asking for this.
While I am certainly happy that Bioware is coming up with Ending DLC, I certainly hope it is Ending DLC that involves continuing onward from Mass Effect 3's Ending to give us a satisfying conclusion, Indoctrination Theroy or not. What I certainly do not want is the entire ending to be scrapped, because that would just be plain shameful and not what we would have wanted.
The Indoctrination Theroy (Intended or not) would give a great oppertunity for Ending DLC because we can pick up where Shepard was knocked out by Harbinger in the final charge towards the Conduit and do the ending from there. Harbinger could after some dialog (What the hell didn't he talk in ME3? It's certainly not a voice actor problem because its so bloody robotic that fans can generate their own Harbinger voice) and we could actually get a real conclusion with the proper changes.
Cutting the ending altogether however... would kind of be a nail on the coffin of bad endings and would be damn monumental in Video Gaming history. I admire that Bioware takes fan advice, but some times I feel they took too much and dropped the ball on everything. Just because we thought Harbinger was a crappy villain dosn't mean he should be absant altogether!
Just on Fan's opinions, who what's a completely new ending and who wants ME3 to be continued? We must realize that while we all want a new ending, we actually have different ideas of what a 'different' ending would include.
Something Bioware and we need to realize about what we actually want - Continue or Destroy?
