  Now, I know that for whatever reason a console ported game doesn't have any controller support. Call me crazy but I prefer to play with one. Using a mouse I either have things too sensitive and I spin in a circle way too easily or I have to tone it down so much its hard to follow targets when sniping or at close range. 
 So the question is this. Eventually it will be modded by players (if it isn't already) to support the use of a controller. If I use such a mod in multiplayer would this result in being banned from the game? Would the system detect modifications and disconnect me from ea servers automatically cutting out single player content as well?
 Is there any chance on an official stance for this?

I doubt BioWare would ban you from playing because of a simple controller mod. So I say, go ahead and try it.
