Hello,
I'm a level 15 mage spirit healer. I just did the arcane warrior quest (put the gem on the alter and learn arcane warrior) but I can't find any mention of it in my character sheet. Did I do something wrong. How do I confirm I am an arcane warrior?

You can't add a spec until you are at level up time (that's what Torin means 
You can either wait until you level up or you can use a skill, talent or attribute tome to get into the level up screen to spend your specialization point on AW (this assumes that you didn't spend both of your specialization points already).
