Might have missed this in the codex, but I noticed Javik doesn't have a helmet or even a "oxygen mask" of sorts for the parts where we are in space (or even when I turn on squad helmets in options)

this just for design purposes?

Either he doesn't breathe, or they forgot to add a helmet for him.

The sound I made was not human. This made me crack in two. Thank you.

Helmets are for the weaker young races he's so condescending towards :)

1) They didn't have time to render one; probable given the entire Prothean part of ME3 was put towards DLC because they were running out of time.

2) Plothole number 4583...

He probably doesn't breathe in the conventional way. None of the Protheans wear helmets.

The artbook showed they had concept design for his helmet(s)... guess they never got around to modelling it in game.

doesn't Jame Vega wear some kind of eye piece instead of a mask when you do the dreadnaught mission? Does he breath through his eye?

Protheans are just that bad ass. Really, we should thank the Reapers. Without them, we'd be primitives in service to the Prothean Empire.

There's no stems on those glasses, so obviously they're just retarded contact lenses.
