Mr. President,

I take this opportunity you are offering us to express my opinion.
But before addressing the issues that we have reacted, I would start with a positive note.

Do not doubt that the vast majority of players are delighted and even thrilled by this saga. You were able to bring a new approach to video games. Dragon Age since you created a new way to play, interact with the characters and the unfolding of history. Which had never been done so far. Previously he was a hero avatar we were heading so that it carries out its mission, history was linear, scripted, was pulled from the pile, then solve the puzzles the game ended and we moved to another.

Today, thanks to Bioware, we identify with the hero. The decisions we make influences the course of history and the lives of our companions. I feel responsible for the choices made, in short I am in harmony with Shepard.
During the past five years I have made sure that my fellow survivors, the crew of the Normandy might be saved, the wicked are eliminated, as the romance started in the first part continues in the other two. For me a video game allows me to escape from everyday worries of real life. I dreamed with Bioware.

As you read, you begin to understand our passion to your game and our responses. You have created a new genre, this is a turning point in video games. The interaction has profoundly changed the approach of the players.
Even though I knew it was the end of the trilogy Shepard, I looked forward to this ME3 finally have the answers that I had from the first. The third component, access to the citadel, is pure pleasure, in line with previous. I enjoyed the new scanning system of planets, transitions to change floor, graphics, gameplay, dialogue that made me laugh and I have sometimes moved to tears. The harrowing scenes of death of Thane, even though I knew he was doomed from MA2 because of his illness, and the sacrifice of Mordin who can not take the few years of life she had left.

I loved the scene when Liara Shepard shows the temporal object that it plans to scatter in the galaxy, accompanied by a few piano notes that this sublime scene. Just this scene shows the great sensitivity of the development team. I loved the gift Liara when in London.

And then comes the final scene, and there is a disaster. All these years preparing the final battle have been useless. I was expecting a "happy ending", where after defeating the reapers, Shepard regain his love and his companions. I expect future DLC that would have allowed me to replay to ME3. But now knowing that Shepard is dead, I no longer want to play again unlike ME2 or I played 18 times. I bought all the DLC ME2 because it allowed me to prolong my pleasure. That could bring me a DLC Knowing that it will end the same way?

The conclusion of this saga does not respond to all questions I ask myself.
What happens to the military forces blocked on earth since the relays are destroyed, how will they survive?
What happens to our companions?
How certain are found on the Normandy and why them?
What is dark energy?
Where is the hope?

And more than you should have read in forums.
You were so close to creating the perfect game, why this? Why did you broke my dream? Yes why?

I conclude by thanking you, you and your excellent team. A big THANK YOU.
