Also I'm pretty sure that Prothean vagina's are filled with diamond-toothed saw-blades, chompers, and spout flames and caustic acid all within a corkscrew maze structure.

My issue is. If Normandy was running with a crew of say 20-30 people when it crashed. That causes an issue with genetic variability. Basically in a few hundred years there all going to die out from inbreeding.
