I've got a logitech 518 (long live the king) and the two programmable buttons on it don't work in game. I was hoping to have them mapped to charge/melee or charge/ nova for my vanguard playthrough, but it seems my dreams are now shattered. 

anyone know what might be causing this? they work normally outside of ME, and can be used with no issues in Skyrim and SCII.

Did you try minimizing the game and maximizing it again? Fixes the issue for me.
