Thought I would do this again since I messed up the title and don't know if this has been done before but here it is.

For me it was legion hands down. Especially on his last mission. I still
hate rex and I think that was the only person I didn't like through the
whole series. Also I started liking miranda in this one she seemed more
chill.

I hated Jack less, still didn't like her though. Tali went up a little for her drunkenness as well, still not interesting but at least that bit was funny :)

Tali and Garrus were bit annoying in ME2 for me. In ME3 I like how Tali feels more grown up and how Garrus shows his friendship to Shep.

Actually all ME2 squad cameos made me like them more, except Jacob. Don't have a save which he survive his trip to vents.

I didn't dislike Jack but I didn't really care for her either. It was a case of "yeah, she's got problems and it's sad but I don't have time for this". I liked her role in ME3 though. I also disliked the ideas of Vega and Javik but both of them have turned out to be pretty cool.

Javik. I thought he was just a douchebag at first, now I see he likes to troll people. That's just awesome.

I'll admit I very much disliked Kaidan for the typical reasons anyone else did (boring? etc. Blah blah blah). So he was dead to me for the most part. But then I decided to rez him on one of my playthroughs cuz I was curious plus I wanted reave >_>;;. And I had enough of Ash (or lack of? Ha). Anyway I was pleasantly suprised when I got him back on my squad.

Damn he doesn't even seem that much different. Yet he was actually better than I remember...WTF! I liked talking to him and used him as a full time squaddie in ME3. I dunno what the hell happened if anything but I do like him now, he's like a big bro. ;p

Thane. I didn't like him at all in ME2. Found his lack of willingness to take responsibility for his actions repulsive. But by the time he's praying for my redemption in ME3, I was crying manly tears.

Kaiden! Hated him in the first playtrough of ME1. In my current playtrough i'm staring to actually like him, to bad though that he's going to be dead after Virmire as i can't simply kill Ashley <3

Jack.. didnt quite like her psycho persona in ME2 but seeing her all grown up and responsible in ME3... my little girl finally grew up. ~sob~

Liara. Didnt pay much attention to her in ME1 and most of ME2... starter to like her in LotSB but in ME3... she is irresistible.

I didn't like Liara, the fanservicey xenophile blue alien awkward bookworm, in ME1.

I liked her after ME2/LotSB.

Thane. Tho it is not due to ME3, more like gradually getting used to him. I was one of the very first Thane "haters" too (there weren't really too many of us, most people either liked him or just ignored him)...

As said above, I got used to him. There was no sudden insight into why he is awesome or anything, but I just found myself not caring about the stuff that I detested in the past and kinda enjoying his character through my latest ME2 playthrough. Found his story poignant in ME3, tho a bit too brief in the telling...

I hated Garrus in ME1. Thought his comments where...well, Gey. And my first play throughs I felt I didn't need him. I still find him rather corny but on the mission to retrieve Grunt in ME2 I took my infiltrator, Garrus and Zaeed and we just sniped all the live long day.
"Scoped and Dropped" is now one of my favorite sayings.

I was never really that crazy about Kaidan.  I guess I just felt like I couldn't have a conversation with him in ME1 without him hitting on me (I play fem!Shep).  I picked Ashley over him on Virmire, simply because I'd always preferred her as a character.

In the ME3 dream sequences, when I heard: "It's the right choice and you know it, Ash."  I started to really miss Kaidan.  Now I'm re-playing ME1 and I'm picking up on little things that make me really love Kaidan's character :)

Miranda actually. She was not bad in ME3. After all they gave her pretty amazing mission. They made you like her.

New Jack wasnt that bad too.

Maybe some day I will see Ashley again and start to like her. (Nah not gonna happen, my logical assumption is always choose biotic officer instead of ordinary soldier).

Actually I had problem with the other option - one you liked before, but started to hate in ME3. And that goes to Edi - that body is just not working for me.

I didn't like Garrus in ME1. ME2 I kinda liked him but he was always calibrating stuff. ME3 though... I wanna get the man a beer!

Jack was annoying in ME2. ME3 she's better :) Less psycho. Or at least a focused psycho.

In general ME3 made me cry manly tears in way too many scenes :( And then tears of anger when I saw the ending. Hopefully the dlc ending will redeem everything lol

Definitely Kaidan. In ME1 he was a walking Codex just like Tali, but at the same time nearly as sexually aggressive (although in his case it was kind of a passive-aggressive) as Liara. I didn't dislike him, but I wouldn't talk to him much at all.

In ME3, it feels like he filled the role that Jacob was supposed to fill as far as "solid soldier type" goes (more so than Vega did, definitely), but had enough of an emotional side to make him interesting. And he doesn't throw himself at the player.

There also might've been some gameplay benefits as well <_<

I didn't like garrus when I first saw him in me1 but as the game went on found out he was kl. Alos didn't like Vega at first in me3 especially when he was questioning me but he calmed down as the game went on.

Garrus. ME1, never really used him. ME2, he was meh to me. ME3, he's now my bro. Still not my BFF or LI or anything, but he definitely got a lot better.

Miranda. I disliked her in ME2, and everytime I warmed up to her in her loyalty mission, the effect was undone by, well everything else she said. However, I liked her in ME3. By the time I was working my way through Sanctuary, I was genuinely concerned that she wouldn't be alive when I eventually found her, and was happy to help her save her sister and kill her father.
