I preordered the standard game on Origin (in USA), and I haven't gotten any preorder bonuses yet.

I know that I'm supposed to get something, but I'm not sure exactly what.  According to http://masseffect.wi...ail_Bonus_Items it looks like..

- AT-12 Raider
- M-55 Argus
- maybe N7 Warfare Gear

Which ones should I actually have?

How am I supposed to receive these?  I've already registered the game on this site.  Is there a promo code hidden somewhere in Origin?

I also only received "Reckoner-Knight" from the Kingdoms of Amalur demo, while my wife got both that and the Chakram Launcher.  We both played the demo all the way through.  Is there any way that I can get the Chakram Launcher?

You should have all of those. I had to wait for an hour for an online associate to help me, but when he finally figured out what he was doing, he generated codes on the spot.

you could contact support and see if they can help you or you could use gibbed me3 save editor to get the defender armor you can alternately get the valkyrie from the omega dlc and the raider and argus from the Leviathan dlc.

I had the same problem when starting another playthrough recently.
At first I thought it might be because I modded the game but it turns out that it seems to be something connected to Origin. For me, just going online in Origin (I often play offline because of the quicker startup) and loading a game solved the problem.
