How are Garrus and Tali making out?

This is the most baffling question in all of Mass Effect 3 for me. Forget the endings. Let's look at the two reaching second base for a second.

Garrus: Has no lips. Turians should have no idea what the art of kissing is. I think they are like some kind of bird thing and bite each other.

Tali: Wearing a helmet. Garrus' no-lipped face will be sliding all over visor. Potentially causing an awkward moment when he accidentally knocks something loose.

So... how are they making out? What is this. Explain this conundrum to me. Weekes? Walters? Hudson. Anyone?

Besides, BioWare did that more as a comedy relief coming from fans demands and never actually considered the physiological or other physical "realities" of such a potential scenario. It's just there to have a good laugh and being happy for both of them as Shepard. The rest is... in your fan-fiction and there to stay.

What you don't realize is, regardless of who you romance, they're still sleeping with Garrus.

Liara is sleeping with Garrus
Tali is sleeping with Garrus
Your new XO is sleeping with Garrus and she doesn't even like men.
Jessica Chobot wishes she was sleeping with Garrus

You just have to accept it. Or romance Kaidan.

They are not "making out" the way we would normally think of. Garrus is likely just rubing up against Tali's mask.

It's probably pretty sad that this and Tali's hair (yes, I know it was a lazy shop) are the two things that probably bother me more than the ending.
