Well, ingestion of *ahem* bodily fluids may be unhealthy as Mordin warned in ME2, but considering Quarians weak immunity system there is a higher risk of serious infections between Turian and Quarian copulation. Quarians can actually catch Turian diseases where as human bacteria will only cause their immunity system to react negatively. How negatively, depends on luck and how used to that type of irritation.

This has been the worst spoiler in the game for me, even with all the uproar over the endings (I haven't gotten that far in the campaign due to multiplayer fanatacism). Tali was my main flame in ME2 and now I don't want to play the game anymore. If it is unavoidable I WILL fail garrus's mission just to avoid the inevitability. Bro's before Ho's Garrus, or else. Fighting reapers is tough business man, sometimes people... they just don't make it back. It's sad and unfortunate but saving the universe has its costs. Just ask Kaiden....

Just going to throw it out there, but if you romance EITHER of Tali or Garrus, this situation does not occur.

If you haven't romanced either of them, why does it matter?

Of course it wouldn't matter if I hadn't romanced Tali, the fact was that I had and didn't know if this event was scripted to happen no matter what, sort of like the ending. If it was anyone else I probably wouldn't care, Tali was just my favorite female character; those long slender legs, those wide child bearing hips, those luminescent eyes behind that mysterious smokey faceplate..... Quarians: the forbidden fruit of the galaxy.
