Actually, there's a bugged banter dialogue with Tali and Garrus that has Tali pretty much flirting with Garrus openly.

I've done far less nuzzling than anyone I know, but even I knew what they were doing.

And I think you could kiss a Turian. In fact, I think it could be pretty bad ass with how they can move their mouth in two ways kinda. Though the texture probably would be bad but they have lotion or something I'm sure. Mordin would know.
