Oops, I may be being ninjamanceed here. Just done Thane's loyalty mission and he called my femshep 'siha'. Hell, I was just trying to be nice to the guy, what with him being all angsty about his son and dead wife as well as being terminally ill. Just trying to offer a little support, is all. It's bad enough that femshep can't have a civil conversation with Jacob without sounding like she left all her underpants on the far side of the galaxy and the "work off 'stress' with me" option keeps appearing when she talks to Garrus, but if it turns out that being relatively friendly is Drell code for "let's do the horizontal tango" .....

What can I do here? I'm trying to be pretty paragon about this game so I don't really want to replay her as a miserable ****. Does the next conversation option allow this to be headed off before Thane gets the wrong idea so it remains friendly but no more than that? Or if he's already fot the wrong idea is there an option to let him down gently? Or do I need to replay his loyalty mission and accept that I have to sacrifice paragon points in order to keep Shep's relationship with Thane non-romantic? And am I the only one who wishes all potential romance characters had conversation options to create a paragon just friends/professionally courteous path, or maybe like the one with Mordin where you both work out that neither is interested in the other?

Edited. WTF am I talking about? Krell? I mean Drell.

Don't worry! He calls Shepard Siha regardless of whether she romances him or not.

As long as you didn't choose "I want you Thane" you should be OK.

Is that that "smooth" move/scene where you say that right after talking about his dead wife?

Nice to know, thanks.

@Alikan, on the positive side it's a lot better than Jacob and "the priiiize".

I never romanced jacob or thane on my femshep but I saw both Jacob sounds like a sex offender or something and Thane has so many personal problems and no finesse whatsoever at least Garrus has some awesome romance stuff in ME3
