What is art?
Tthere have been many articles stating artistic integrity and what not... so any games produced from companies = art?
Therefore I can write off as "the ends justify the means", killing off billions and billions of living things/non-organic AI that have "souls" as art? What is art? Something designed to incite controversy? Perhaps one day I can create games with "one of many endings" that promote extreme violence inclusive of mass murder/avarice/rape/horrific evils too horrific to speak off, and then call it art? And when people tell me that it sucks, I should just use artistic integrity as a defense!
Where is the line drawn?
My example might be "cranked up to the eleven", but sincerely, there should be a frigging line. I cannot put it any simpler that so many people hate the current ending, and it needs to be changed. Personally, I think it is an ending that is complete and utter disgrace to the ME franchise, but hey, that might just be me. Maybe Bioware and other players think it to be a wonderful ending, and we should not voice our displeasure of it..
Bioware co-founder states that he wants to maintain the artistic integrity and still answer the fans' request, but that appears to impossible. Come April, will I be disappointed once again?
