Long story short as i give a brief discription of the issue that slowly gets worse the longer you continue to play.
The first encounter was while playing a Quarian Engineer, the moment i realized i couldn't interact with ammo/allies/objectives is when i would clue in that all my shots/skills i was trying to use had no effect because i wasn't "really" there or something. Basically a ghost running around having no impact.
All those situations i would just exit losing all the powerups i had purchased. This can happen on Wave 1 or the Last wave and everything inbetween for zero apparent reason. Once it happens, there is no turning back and it only gets worse.
Out of a few situations where i did stick around a little while, i noticed i wouldn't take damage much or at all. And also noticed that i could confuse and disorient enemies making it much much easier for my allied squad members to destroy them with ease. I could even keep them occupied allow the squad to complete objectives very easily.
It happens on bronze/silver/gold, and when it happens on gold, this makes completing the entire mission VERY ease if it is abused. How it happens i've love to know and I wish it could get fixed, sucks wasting credits/bioware points on bonus ammo and other power ups just to be a mostly useless thing.
Here is a video (original recording is 1920p resized to 720p so that i could fix the entire video in a single file that wouldn't take 6 days to upload)

Pay close attention to where things start to get quite apparently wonky at around the 3rd wave, most obviously around the 4 minute and 30 second mark.
Skip to the atlas attacks or the stealth cerburus assassin type enemies, they seem to detect me after such a long time in this glitched state, while typical enemies just completely ignore me.
I uploaded the video specifically for bioware to use for analysis if it would help them understand how or why this might be happen.
If every 3rd mission i play i end up like this.... it's extremely frustrating.
And no, my internet and ISP is flawless, i was running tests on this at the same time, my connection to EA Servers however has been anything but decent from the frequent and unpredictable amount of times i've tried purchasing a pack and get a lost connection or blank screen resulting in my credits/bioware points disappearing and no pack to speak off. Think i'm sitting at about 300,000 credits lost thus far.
