Like Shep wakes up and she's just like standing at the foot of his bed breathing. Or Shep keeps getting calls but all he hears is heavy panting. Weird art keeps getting slid under his door. Or he goes up to his cabin and she's rolling in his dirty clothes and sheets.

Make it happen.

have you been playing dragon age orgins lately(Morrigan)? but no i don't think so, the shadow broker dlc shep, if Li says that a big motivation for retuning would be her and little blue children, now if Liara was pregnant I'd think she would tell shep as motivation for him/her to return

Had a long conversation over a game of multiplayer with some friends the other day about whether or not Asari need your permission to meld. We came out with several hilarious scenarios, such as passing one on the sidewalk, collapsing to your knees in pleasure, while a smug Asari gives you her address for child support payments.

Additionally, we considered the idea of whether or not Banshee's could do the same thing. We then realized that perhaps those little swarmers are actually only carried by Ravagers. But actually created by banshee's. Kinda moot considering Grunts mission but still equally hilarious.

You just killed your own kids. Smooth guys, smooth.

I can see it happening. Keep in mind people, that according to the lore, the asari stance on mating are much more "out there" when compared to other species. It's to the point of being misconstrued as being promiscuous when in fact it's just how they are naturally.
So whether your shep does or doesn't want a child, she can just as easily become pregnant without you knowing and raise the child on her own with no problem, because as I said, asari are very aloof when it comes to relationships.

I bet Liara would be very confused if ashley or tali confronted her, because in asari culture there are no such thing as promiscuity and relationships as we see them... only "bondmates".

I was talking about how in shadowbroker Liara comes to you cabin and says "Joker told me to record any parts where my eyes do the black thing" and shepard replies "Of course he did" i was just like what? sounds really nasty your pilot asking for a recording of your commander and GF lol

I didn't get the Liara gift (and missed the Time Capsule).  I simply missed seeing Liara at the last part.  Also missed James, too.

My Femshep was hooked with Kaidan.  And I DID get Kaidan as the third flashback scene.

Oh, god, no. I mean, isn't that the sort of thing she would ASK before doing? One thing is to totally bash your privacy, but the "hey, I'm gonna have your kids whether you like it or not" is taking things a bit further, don't you think? And I say that with Liara as my Shepard's LI...

It's okay. I just don't want that idea to be continued because there are probably a lot of men out there to ashamed to come forward because of how society sees rape.

I don't see it. I'm just not sure Liara would do that to Shepard without tell him/her first. This is especially the case if you didn't romance her. Some people say she was pessimistic all game long, and might've wanted to preserve a part of him not matter what, but I don't think she was THAT mired in despair. As for Bioware using an Asari as the protagonist of their next game, I don't see that either. As bad as this may sound, Bioware wouldn't restrict the players to one gender, and a non-human one at that. So unless Bioware changes the established lore to allow male Asari, or decides to make a non-RPG title with a specific character, I can't see it happening.

I don't think it was a lead in for ME4 or any game with Shepards child.

I do however believe that Liara's crush from ME1 never went away and she is still inlove with you as evidenced in every scene with her. She will be just friends since it is all you want but she Loves Shepard.

I too thought Liara was giving herself a baby Shepard. And not for any future game reason but because it was in her character to want to hold on to a piece of Shepard even after she was gone. Remember it was Liara who recovered your body for Cerberus to resurrect. I played it like My Shepard knew what Liara was doing and even though Cali Shepard had no romantic interest in Liara or anyone (since She didn't find out until the end of the game Vega was just a big tease) in that moment Shepard wanted to give Liara a piece of herself so she went along and played it cool.

Sucked that everyone dies and intergalactic society got ruined. I thought it was very in character of Liara especially how gently she approached it.

Liara now has a little Shepard in her.
