Guys at some point you need to address our *specific* grievances without prefacing the dialogue with this line:
"We're listening, but our creative team's decisions were wonderful and we find we have done nothing wrong."
And ending with this one:
"We promise nothing. We're listening. We Swear."
Because the simple fact is that the angry and obnoxious people you tend to bring up in your press releases got that way for a reason... they feel cheated. And no, that's not an exaggeration. I know, because it's how I felt. And as long as you keep insisting that what I just said *isn't* the case, either by not adressing it or by deflecting attention from it by cashing in the goodwill of specific employees... people are going to stay angry. And they won't let up >.>
