What a sh*t poll. Doesn't give you decent options, like, 'yes I think they should change it because it's an atrocity.'

We're actually a lot closer now than we were before. An hour ago the top was losing out by about 2,000 votes.

Yeah, it sort of seems to be taking the 'art' defense. Either users demand it and they should get it, or Bioware can do what they'd like and keep their integrity. No 'they should change it or clarify it so that it makes some sense within the lore that they themselves created' option.

The only way to make that poll unbiased is to lop off everything but the first word, or two in the case of "probably not"

You do realize the second option should be counter with the first option. Only the last option is an absolute no.

If we form a coalition with the "probably" guys, we are in the lead before the "No" and "Hell no!" people. ^^

the sad thing is people will use this poll to justify their "artistic vision" argument but entierly ignore all others... all polls are nothing more than the collected opinions of those who took part it them, this includes those that support us as well as those which do not... it also includes every fairly run election and only the insane ignore them simply on the basis of their results.

5 options? its a YES or NO question. This is the worst poll I have ever seen.

The poll has little to do with ME really. Its more about the whole "art" argument. One where the average person will turn up their nose towards people showing disapproval of something.

Voted. That is a strange poll.

These polls should also ask if the voter played the game or not, because if I haven't played it and thought all this was because of some people wanting a disney ending I would also vote no.

A poll that is open to all and sundry; including people who've never played any ME game.

Poor.

I voted "Maybe, if they feel it's the best thing for the story" because I don't want them to change it just because people demand it. I want them to change/add stuff because they would hopefully realise themselves that there were flaws. If they don't believe in what they do, it will make the ending worse. That's what I believe anyhow, take it for what it is.

I wonder how many voters are people who haven't even played/finished ME3.

EVERYONE loves to moan, these polls are never a fair or balanced way to judge the general consensus. If that poll was on this forum, the vast majority would be voting in favor for the first option.

However, as people on gamefaqs isn't limited to people who just loved mass effect, many gamers who see the complaints are just going to assume we're a bunch of whiners and vote negatively.

If there is anything people love more than whining, its whining about whiners. That is how those who have not played mass effect 3 will perceive many of us, unfortunately.

gamefaqs would know a lot about losing integrity when they merged with gamestop a few years back.

If you don't like the pole, organize the Retakers and flood it with votes.

Yes, if it's what the users want, they should get it 29.77%

8532
Probably, a lot of players seem angry about it 13.48%

3862
Maybe, if they feel it's the best thing for the story 16.82%

4820

add the numbers, we're not losing, 3 say change the ending, and 3 are like 60.7% of the votes.

Middle option shouldn't even exist. Seems like it's pretty split down the middle. You still need to consider that a lot of the voters may not have even played the game.
