Two days ago I bought myself some bioware points via "profile > add bioware points" on this website. However, when I go to the Mass Effect 3 Mutliplayer Store it still says I got 0 points. My site profile displays the correct amount.
Does anybody know what the problem could be? Could it be that the points can only be used on Dragon Age II? Cause my confirmation mail displayed a background of this game and was called "Dragon Age Purchase Information" even though I was never asked which game the points were for. This would suck since I don't even own a copy of Dragon Age...

Check to make sure that your account here is the same as the account you use in mass effect. Check your account here and see your balance, if zero then Check your receipt. Receipt should be in email associated with your Bioware/ea account. Should have an order number, give them that. Ask for your bioware points back. If it simply isnt showing up in the game, mention that to the support guy. They will tell you everything I said here then tell you they cant help you right now as their system is eating credits and bioware points right left and center.

Having trouble too. First chat support person disconnected immediately. 2nd chat support person didn't answer my questions, then disconnected before I could ask anything again.
Great system. Wait for 10 minutes, get disconnected, wait for 15 minutes and get disconnected. Consistent though.

The only thing my mass effect game is related to is my origin account. I figured since I used the same e-mail adress and username it would somehow carry over... I searched and found no way to tie my bioware account to my mass effect account. How would one do that? I did register my game on this site by the way.JoeBoxr wrote...
