Just been browsing the forums while watching Star Trek and Doctor Who on Netflix since I beat the game about 2 weeks ago. Every now and then I've turned ME3 back on but meh. Just don't have the desire.
Who else is spending time here instead of playing due to disappointment?

Yeah. I tried to start a renegade playthrough. Didn't last too long.

I have only done one playthough. I was playing multiplater a little after that but now I am starting to lose interest in even that. I started playing Arkham City again yesterday. You know, a game that actually deserves the perfect scores it got.

I agree with the sentiment sistersafetypin made on page 10. I'd have quoted, but my smartphone is dumb.

The geth spoke dubstep. The quarians created the geth, therefore, the quarians created dubstep. Legion sacrificed himself to free the geth from dubstep ... and that makes WAY more sense than the ending/s of Mass Effect 3.
You see what I just did? I held the line right there.

My game is gathering dust, I can't bear to play it. I can't see any merit in purposely choosing to depress myself.
Bittersweet is not despair or depressing circumstances that make you feel sorrow and hopelessness.
Thane's dying prayer was bittersweet.

Absolutely yes. I think about mass effect and just get this little ball of sadness in the pit of my stomach. Can't bare to even fire up ME1, knowing everyone is going to die anyway. So I camp out here, hoping for miraculous news of a fix.

I'm getting more enjoyment from the forums and Marauder Shields.

The first thing I did after finishing ME1 and ME2....fired up another Shepard and away I went. ME3? I've piddled around with it after the 1st play trying to get the "Shepard Survives" ending (which appears to be bugged for me), and then realized....who care if Shep survives, it's not like I can go see how Liara and Garrus are doing.

I've been re-playing ME1 and 2 in the hopes that, when all is said and done, it'll be worth it. IF the ending does somehow change, or more is added on afterwards, I want to be ready. If not, I still enjoy playing the first two.

Aye OP.
There is not point to replaying, hence the problem.

I'm actually playing and having fun while watching people complain about and/or support the game while trying to avoid further fight starting.

Wow, I didn't realize I was doing it until I read that, then noticed my PS3 was on with ME3 in, and sitting on the sign-in screen. Been that way for like 15 min

Havent played ME, havent touched ToR, im just still stunned, like 3 weeks after release... How in the world they could conceive this was a good ending, not good as in a starwars medal ceremony, but good as in finished, closure, player choice, you know, the whole thing that has been discussed for over 100k posts.

I tried to play that Kingdom of Amalur Reckoning game, just because I'm a fan of R.A. Salvatore's books, but then I remembered it's an EA game.
I am terrified that the Bioware we used to know and love is gone for good thanks to the developer destroyer know as EA.

I've been a LOT more active on the forums since I finished the game for the first time. I played the other Mass Effect games to death, always started a new play-through immediately after finishing one.
I've played through a second time, gritted my teeth and put up with the ending. It's so hard going back, but it's such a beautiful game up until that ending. I certainly don't have the same enthusiasm when playing it anymore. All of the emotion has been sucked out of the opening scene when the child is killed by the reaper, among other things.

Already it's been a fortnight since I played ME3. That's right. My N7 edition is currently sitting on my Mass Effect shelf gathering dust and has been since March 9th.
Luckily I have Skyrim. It's helping to heal my metaphorical wounds.
