Who else is spending time here instead of playing due to disappointment?

I'm going to try and play through ME2 again, see if that helps. I haven't touched any games since I finished ME3 around a week ago, and from what I'm reading I'm not alone. Bioware need to understand that it's not just about 'the ending' its about how people feel the ending reflects Bioware's attitude toward the community. Needless to say, it's not a rosy picture.

Just been hanging out on our TS and maybe running BF3 RCon for our server as admin sometimes. Lost interest. I feel done.

If there is one thing we can be sure of, they care about the almighty dollar. So I'm going to dig out my old games and sit on my wallet until the pips squeak as they say. EA can take their micro-transaction ideology and cram it up their rears, right next to their empty heads.

I started a second play-through, my totally renegade shep....but I just lost interest. (I have easily 15 play-throughs in ME1, at least 10 in ME2).
I never would have believed that could be possible. It's not just the ending, a few parts were brilliant but it just seemed that things were "rushed" .........................a great ending with replay value would have mitigated nearly all of those flaws however.
I'm not angry, just disappointed because Bioware is better [than] that.

I have at least that many playthroughs of ME1 and ME2, DA:O and DA2. (And one day, if EA "help" ever lets me, I'll get my accounts merged to reflect proper ownership. Apparently, they can't do that. Hence, my redundant account)
Basically:
Ending
Quest log that doesn't log much of anything. Still have to guess.
+ "perfect" (aka "also sucky") ending unattainable with my saved decisions + all possible war assets without MP

I never hung out in the forums much. (I think I only paid attn to the Garrus fanclub forum prior to this) Since I hit that ending (I was just screaming "that's it!?" at Casey Hudson's name LOL).I've been checking and commiserating here every day. I was in shock. I thought I'd accidentally gotten a bad ending and had done something wrong. But then the horror slowly dawned on me the next morning...that I hadn't. That was really all there was...in 3 flavors. Since then, I've been holding the line and commiserating with you all. I'm glad there was a line to hold. Thanks BSN.
Peach cobbler for everyone LOL

I am one of these people. I have no motivation to go through any more Mass Effect games, for now, knowing how it all ends. I am not ashamed to admit this. And for me, it's not affecting work in any way, just feeling empty on my spare time.
This belongs in the group hug topic, but I wish to say; hugs ya'll

- The ending was a deus ex machina what hardly answered to one procent of questions what I had. Also It took almost all my motivation from playing the franchise ever again.
- Streamlined. I.e. maps are very simple if we look how we proceed in them. They look good tho. Also its a bit annoying when your squad mates tell you where to go even when its nearly impossible to get lost for a few seconds (I.e. the mission on Tuchanka where your saving that crash landed turian platoon).
- Side quests are just too simple, nothing like what they were in the previous too. Also the journal was a mess.
- First day dlc. I wouldn't complain about it if it wouldn't be that important for the game. Its a living prothean who reveals with footage and dialog info about the last cycle and protheans and Bioware decided to put it in a dlc? Was it because Bioware wanted to make more profit or they literally ran out of time?. I know that according to them they had a small team doing it etc, but after this game and with previous experience with EA I can hardly trust Bioware in anything anymore.
- Minor things like Tali's picture what is a joke annoy a bit. Also the ending scene with that granddad and the kid is a bit funny if you look more closely at it: the kid is actually just a resized model of granddad. Well it doesn't really matter as long as you don't start checking it out more closely.
- This may be stupid to say but it annoyed me to look at those simple static models ( some looked just too simple and fake ) during some areas like Citadel's Purgatory. Also the turian ship firing at a reaper on the moon shows just how scripted the game is, well so were the previous two too but in this one its just too obvious. The ship fires at the reaper what just keeps roaming ( Well yeah ship's weapons don't do hardly any damage so I guess it didn't care even though it's mission is to destroy all resistance) and mystically when I move forward the ship gets exploded, same thing in the start of the game on Earth.
I may be too demanding but it just annoys me to see "recycled" events and things. Its just so similar to Earth's one, they could have in example made the ship to move and at the same time fire at the reaper and not just keep it in the same place.
Theres the most points what I can figure out in short notice, I'm sure theres more negative things in my opinion but yes I may be a bit too demanding. Anyways this game could have been better, its not bad but its not what I would expect from a game what ends a trilogy.

This pretty much sums it up for me. I also started a second playthrough but then lost interest.
I also never would have believed that could be possible.
And writing this is somehow making me feel worse about the whole thing. Oh, well.

I've only played through once. ... The plot holes and ending always resulting in 'galactic dark age' just makes the whole trilogy feel pointless and depressing.
Pretty much, I just don't know why I'd spend time playing any of the ME games again when it all just ends in a galactic dark age, anyway.
