1) Garrus Vakarian (Best VA performance throughout the series, no doubt)
2) Tali'Zorah vas Normandy (Just love this char, great work)
3) Mordin Solus (Some peps seemed to have problem with the new VA, not me)
4) The Illusive Man (GG Martin Sheen, all that is missing is the "evil laughter")
5) Aria (Hope she is included for more time in a DLC)

I gotta admit that Aria in ME2 sounded bad due to trying too hard. In ME3, Aria had a voice that really reflected her character without sounding contrived.

Keith David
Brandon Keener
Lance Henriksen
Mark Meer (Maybe you don't like this guy, but giving voice to the Vorcha, Volus and others Humans characters shows how versatile he is.)

1. femshep..just all out great. carries the nuances of the character really well for me. I can feel the emotion of the VA.

3. Liara...nice and soft and sweet.
4. TIM...well..just great VA. always spot on with whats going on in the scene. nice!
5. S. Traynor...love the acccent! and the laugh!! the VA comes across to me as authentic and unforced!

100% do not understand why people think FemShep voice is better than BroShep. I always feel like FemShep is trying to talk at a deeper pitch than she's comfortable with; always comes across like she's trying to be a badass, and it doesn't work for me.
I don't know about top 5, but I thought Freddy Prinze Jr did a fantastic job as Vega. He brought a lot of life and nuance to a character that should by all rights have been incredibly irritating.
Yep, feel the same way about Hale's preformance in Mass Effect. She sounds bored half of the time and Renegade the other half, regardless of what dialogue you're picking. Doesn't sound natural at all and she honestly comes off as a b***h. Pretty much ruins playing as a Paragon with her.

really? everyone? EVERYONE?
That's not really fair, I don't think she had done any voice acting before and from what I've heard, someone on the BioWare team begged her to do it...
My top 5:
-Jennifer Hale. Hands down.
-Martin Sheen - would have liked to see more of him than we did but oh well.
-Really enjoyed Ike Amadi as Javik.
-Claudia Black as Aethyta gave me many giggles
-Michael Hogan as Captain Bailey
I actually didn't really like Ali Hillis' or Keith David's voice acting this time around. Maybe it'll grow on me, idk.
Edit: Forgot Alix Wilton Regan as Samantha Traynor! Definitely in the top 6 somewhere.

2.) Ali Hillis (especially because her dialogue fits perfect with Shepard, everytime she is in your squad and has special dialogue)
3.) Brandon Keener
4.) Ash Sroka
5.) Keith David en par with Seth Green

On the flip side, Diana Allers/Chobot has the worst voice acting. Although I like Kai Leng's VA, the lines given fall flat sometimes. "No, now it's fun." I'm never getting that poor line out of my head. :|

Before I answer, did Meer do Mordin in ME3?? IMDB says so. I haven't been on this forum for more than a couple of days, so this is surely old for you guys. I thought Mordin sounded slightly different this time around (since I just played ME2 a couple of weeks before 3 came out). Beattie is also not credited in the third game according to IMDB. And no, I did not pay much attention to the credits in ME3, sorry.
Meer read the lines for the demo, but I'm pretty sure that William Salyers voiced him for the full game.
