Before I answer, did Meer do Mordin in ME3?? IMDB says so. I haven't been on this forum for more than a couple of days, so this is surely old for you guys. I thought Mordin sounded slightly different this time around (since I just played ME2 a couple of weeks before 3 came out). Beattie is also not credited in the third game according to IMDB. And no, I did not pay much attention to the credits in ME3, sorry.

Meer read the lines for the demo, but I'm pretty sure that William Salyers voiced him for the full game.

I don't have a precisely ordered list, but I can get it down to five...

Martin Sheen - He does an exceptional job with the progression of the Illusive Man's indoctrination.

Brandon Keener - "I'm Garrus Vakarian and this is now my favourite spot on the Citadel! I think I'm going to erect a monument... right here... bronze this gun so the whole galaxy knows."

Alix Wilton Regan - She really stands out for a character with such a small story role.

William Salyers - Mordin's death was second in its impact on me behind only Liara.

Ali Hillis - Last, but certainly not least, I love the subtle transitions in Liara's voice acting through the trilogy along her character arc. She starts out sounding innocent and a bit naive as a "young" archaeologist at the beginning, then becomes more confident and motivated in her rise to becoming the Shadow Broker... though my favorite is her maturation in the final chapter. Her experiences over the last few years have made her appear a bit more cold and distant on the surface, but in intimate moments with Shepard she reveals a deeper affection for him than ever before. Their relationship finally feels like it displays the level of understanding a union between an asari and her partner implies. After looking up all of the other romances, I feel that I made the right choice by allowing my "canon" Shepard to fall for her.

Liara's scenes brought tears to my eyes on multiple occasions. The way she responds when Shepard sees the vids on the Lazarus Project... the thoughtfulness of her time capsule gift... watching her world burn and not being able to do a thing to stop it... lying in bed watching the stars together, wishing they could take a ship and fly far away (an option I would have struggled to pass up). Their last moments together before the final push were the hardest. "This is it, isn't it? I don't know what to say... all those little blue children will be disappointed I didn't have a speech." Then, she calls you her bondmate and you join together one last time...as "a way to say farewell"... and she reminds you again that she loves you.

When I heard the dread in the voice of the asari who fought against nearly impossible odds to bring Shepard back to life, that was the moment I knew something was about to go wrong. Looking back on that moment, I would have been lucky to get an ending of the quality of the one I feared at the time...
