Hello, I am having a weird problem. The digital litho, art book, and From Ashes DLC seem to be missing from my digital collector's edition of the game. I downloaded and purchased it from Origin.

they are located inside the game folder in a bonus folder...

Nope, checked and they are missing, as is the From Ashes DLC.
First thing I did was check the bonus folder. The soundtrack is there, and the femshep and maleshep covers, but that's it.
OK, problem solved. (The From Ashes part, anyway)
Logged into Origin help live chat and they fixed my DLC issue in a few minutes. All is right in the world again!
