This when they release games that keep going from bad to worst it's hard to place trust in them.Vasarkian wrote...

I don't get it... they've shipped ME3, so surely the ending (which they trust Bioware will deliver) is a matter of fact and not speculation.
They scrapped the original ending, and came up with this drivil for an ending.
Three choices of three different colors... and no matter the choice, exact same ending minus a few seconds of added/removed video.

I was disappointed in DA2, it wasnt a terrible game, but it certainly wasnt a game I should have been anxiously anticipating and preordering.
ME3's ending, the ending to ME3 was either a terribly flawed, or an extremely bold false ending that backfired, either way it was a mistake, I just wish they could stop all the PR talk and be honest with us, I am forgiving when people are honest with me.
Trust is something that is earned, and it can be lost, for me it was lost with ME3, that doesnt mean I will never buy a bioware game again, but they do need to earn my trust again, I wont be preordering games on reputation alone, or even buying them first day anymore.
The next game, if I get it, will likely be a bargain copy a couple weeks after release, once I see what the game is really about and not the misleading ads that lie to us about the games content.

But should they fail me and deliver something that does not live up to my expectations I will still trust them , for trust is a fundamental value, every single day I trust those around me to make the right choices and most days a lot of people do, and while some does not I believe they should have the chance to improve upon themselves.

Will I buy anything from Bioware in the future? Maybe, but I can tell you 100% for sure I will not be instantly preordering collectors editions the moment they are available any more, that ship has sailed.

It's not only a matter of how many didn't like the endings, the worst thing (for them) is that it got lots of attention from the media that are patiently lurking, waiting for BW to make a move, ready to devour or praise them. That's a ****ty situation and BW knows it.
If they "edit" the ending sequences giving an explaination of the numerous plotholes that would just ****** off more fans and they will lose people and reputation.
If they add content and/or edit the ending sequences giving different outcomes and blah blah blah (read: listening to and pleasing the fanbase) they will win most of the fans and press back resulting in a potential reputation boost.
The second solution is (other than preferable) almost obligatory: due to the whole debacle on the Endings, Day-one DLC and the DA2 problem (about the endings again, if I'm not mistaken.. didn't play DA2) BW really needs some good reputation right now.
They can't logically repeat themselves so soon and fail again.

I trusted Bioware completely back in 2009. That trust started to slide in 2010. Now...

Mass Effect 3 was their chance to redeem, guess what?
I know! Such a disappointment DA2 was. Now ME3 too. I have no trust left for Bioware or any other company. But I am learning to be a smarter consumer at last!

They have shown times and times again they were only after money. And they've disappointed me once too many times. I guess their arrogance is what gets me the most.

I run away when I see it. They may be creepier, but we're faster, if we keep moving.

Oh please, they are listening and they don't even have to. This whole thing will figure itself out, there is no reason to act like children. They are working on it and are doing more than most companies would for their fans, of course this is not even good enough for some people, but the truth is you can't fault the creator of a story for concluding it a certain way. Now you fault them for not responding in a way you like.
Like OP said, trust them.
I'll decide whether or not trust them when I see their response to the issues w/ the ending.
